CECIL P. "BUDDY" HALL
"Buddy" Hall, also known as "The Rifleman" for his straight shooting, was born in 1945 in Metropolis, Illinois, and has been recognized as a championship player for three consecutive decades, garnering more than 70 professional titles. Titles include the Caesar's Tahoe 9-Ball Championship [1982 & 1983]; the International 9-Ball Classic [1991]; Challenge of Champions [1992]; and the U.S. Open 9-Ball Championship [1991 & 1998]. Became the 39th Inductee into the Billiard Congress of America Hall of Fame [2000]; and also, represented the U.S.A. at the 6th World Games in Akita, Japan [2001].
Hall has also won three of the ten richest top prizes in pool, and many consider him to be one of the most fundamentally solid 9-ball players of all time. He has been selected as Player of the Year in 1982, 1991, and 1998 and Senior Tour Player of the Year in 1998. Rags to Rifleman, a biography of his life and career, was published in 1993, and Hall has starred in a number of instructional videos, How Do You Win From Here and Buddy Hall's Clock System. On the business side, in conjunction with Ruben Rodriguez, he has developed his own line of Buddy Hall brand billiard products.

What is your Return Policy?
Pool cue or shaft must be unchalked and in original condition to receive full refund or credit. Warping, once a cue or shaft is chalked is not considered a defect. Please inspect and roll your cue or shaft prior to chalking it.

We accept unopened box or opened box. Products must be unused and in their original packaging. Should you wish to return an item, please call or e-mail to notify us before doing so. Pack the item securely. We will promptly make an exchange or refund per your instructions. Books, DVDs & video tapes cannot be returned unless defective, and delivery charges cannot be refunded except in the event of defect or shipping error.
