What is your Return Policy?
Pool cue or shaft must be unchalked and in original condition to receive full refund or credit. Warping, once a cue or shaft is chalked is not considered a defect. Please inspect and roll your cue or shaft prior to chalking it.We accept unopened box or opened box. Products must be unused and in their original packaging. Should you wish to return an item, please call or e-mail to notify us before doing so. Pack the item securely. We will promptly make an exchange or refund per your instructions. Books, DVDs & video tapes cannot be returned unless defective, and delivery charges cannot be refunded except in the event of defect or shipping error.
